Texas Roadhouse sought to expand and enhance its St. Charles location with a new dining room and vestibule addition, all while keeping the restaurant open and operational. Adding to the challenge, the existing construction drawings presented inconsistencies that required proactive problem-solving and coordination across multiple teams. Despite these complexities, the schedule was firm: the new addition needed to be completed and ready to welcome guests by Mother’s Day 2025, one of the busiest dining weekends of the year.
